Based in North Yorkshire, we create and sell handmade cakes and biscuits using high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes.
Ordering
You can place orders through our website, just-delicious.co.uk
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once we receive your order, we’ll send an email confirmation. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and payment is received.
For bespoke or personalised items, we will discuss design and delivery times before confirming the order.
Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay will be the one shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our secure checkout system.
Delivery
We currently deliver across the UK. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please get in touch before ordering.
Standard delivery is usually within [3–5] working days. Custom orders may take longer.
Delivery dates are estimates, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events.
You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Perishable items cannot be returned if delivery is missed.
Allergies and Ingredients
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.
Please check the ingredient list carefully before ordering or contact us with any concerns.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please email us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.
Cancellations for standard items can be made up to 24 hours after ordering. Custom/bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Just Delicious and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.
